The Ocean Hemisphere Project Network has a broadband seismic station which is very close to the epicenter of Mw=9.0 OFF THE WEST COAST OF NORTHERN SUMATRA 12/26/2004 earthquake, the largest event in the last 40 years.
The distance is 3.2 degrees, and station PSI is closer than any IRIS GSN or GEOSCOPE station.
